Job description
The Partnership & Commercial Manager for the Aura Loyalty Program at Alshaya Group is responsible for full P&L ownership and financial tracking of the loyalty program and its associated partnerships. The role requires end-to-end budget oversight, revenue monitoring, and financial reconciliation across marketing, CRM, IT, operations, and vendor management. This includes financial reporting, invoice handling, and optimizing loyalty points and discounts. The manager plays a key role in onboarding new culturally aligned partners, developing proposals, negotiating terms, and driving revenue and ROI through loyalty partnerships. The position also involves integrating partner offers into the program, supporting strategic enhancements, and collaborating with internal teams (Finance, Marketing, Legal, Ops) to ensure alignment. A background in finance, loyalty, or analytics, paired with strong commercial acumen, is essential. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in customer-centric loyalty/commercial roles, a master's degree in Business or Finance, and excellent stakeholder, communication, and negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end P&L for the Aura loyalty program
- Track program costs across departments including marketing, CRM, IT, and operations
- Monitor and reconcile revenue from loyalty partnerships
- Generate detailed monthly financial reports for Aura and its partnerships
- Manage invoices, payments, reimbursements, and financial flows with vendors and partners
- Track points and discount budgets to optimize loyalty currency
- Support identification, evaluation, and onboarding of new loyalty partners
- Develop partnership proposals and negotiate favorable commercial terms
- Oversee commercial performance, building business cases and tracking ROI
- Integrate partner offers into the loyalty program and support program enhancements
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure campaign alignment and compliance
- Develop insights from loyalty data to support value-driving initiatives
Experience & skills
- Hold a master’s degree in Business, Strategy, or Finance
- Have 6+ years of experience in loyalty, commercial, or partnership management roles
- Demonstrate expertise in financial tracking, budget management, and P&L ownership
- Have strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Show ability to analyze customer behavior and business impact
- Be highly organized with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Possess experience in the retail industry (preferred)
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
