Job description
The Manager ā Airport Mobility Operations at Red Sea Global is responsible for overseeing all transport activities associated with guest, employee, and stakeholder arrivals and departures across airports serving the AMAALA project. Reporting to the Senior Manager, the role ensures seamless, safe, and efficient transportation between airports and destinations such as Triple Bay and the AMAALA Staff Village. The position demands operational leadership, logistical precision, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. The Manager will plan, coordinate, and monitor daily transport schedules, manage service providers, and lead a team of coordinators, drivers, and support staff. Core responsibilities include optimizing fleet operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, addressing operational disruptions, and continuously identifying opportunities for process and cost efficiency. The role is key to delivering the luxury guest experience AMAALA is known for, combining operational excellence with customer-centric service delivery.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all airport transport operations between terminals and AMAALA destinations to ensure punctuality and efficiency
- Monitor and adjust arrival and departure schedules to prevent delays and optimize vehicle utilization
- Ensure all transport services meet safety, quality, and service standards aligned with brand expectations
- Lead and develop a team of transport coordinators, drivers, and support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Address operational challenges and non-performance issues promptly, implementing corrective actions to maintain service continuity
- Act as the main point of contact for all transport-related inquiries, feedback, and complaints from guests and stakeholders
- Maintain a proactive guest service approach by resolving issues quickly to ensure satisfaction and brand consistency
- Collaborate with the Maintenance team to ensure regular fleet servicing and adherence to manufacturer-recommended maintenance schedules
- Review operational processes regularly to identify areas for cost efficiency and service improvement
- Develop and implement systems and procedures to streamline transport operations and elevate the guest experience
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and local transport regulations; investigate incidents and implement corrective measures
- Prepare and submit regular reports on transport performance, including KPIs, ridership statistics, incident logs, and trend analysis
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic improvement of mobility operations
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree or equivalent qualification in Transport Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in transportation or automotive operations, preferably within airport or hospitality environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume transport operations in fast-paced settings
- Experience managing airport arrival and departure logistics and coordinating multiple service providers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) at an intermediate or higher level
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and make data-driven decisions under pressure
- Strong customer service mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
