Job description
NPSS, Aani, account-to-account transfers, bill payments and WPS 2.0 make up the domestic side of this AVP, Remittance Product role at the DSO office in Dubai, which runs on a hybrid basis. Cross-border, the focus is on growing and monetising Western Union and other correspondent corridors, and finding new markets with remittance potential. Reach, pricing, speed and customer experience all need improving, and blockchain and digital asset-enabled solutions are on the agenda too. Partnerships with payment providers, fintechs, correspondent banks and vendors are managed day to day, with commercial agreements and SLAs negotiated and monitored. Payment capabilities such as BIN, RMT and AAS also sit with you, along with business cases for new products and market expansion. Governance carries weight, from remediation plans and controls to audit readiness and operational resilience. Risk, Compliance, Technology, Operations and Customer Fulfilment are close partners in turning priorities into delivery. Expect to bring 8 to 10 years in payments, remittances, transaction banking, fintech or digital banking, a STEM degree and a postgraduate qualification in a related field.
