Job description
The role provides administrative support within the Accommodation Services team at Transguard Headquarters in DAFZA, ensuring smooth deployment operations through communication management, documentation handling, resource coordination, logistical and equipment support, and timely reporting. Responsibilities include implementing deployment initiatives to improve efficiency and generate cost savings, reviewing preliminary plans and resource needs for accommodations, coordinating daily deployment tasks with Business Units, and escalating incidents to appropriate parties to mitigate risks. The incumbent supports the Deployment Operations Center (DOC) manager by addressing issues across the end-to-end deployment process, maintaining accurate operational documents and procedures, and conducting regular inspections and audits of accommodations to ensure compliance with company standards. The role oversees IT equipment such as tablets used in the Time and Attendance application, ensuring fail-safes are implemented to minimize disruption to real-time reporting. Additional responsibilities include organizing office tasks in alignment with Transguard policies, identifying process improvement opportunities, promoting continuous improvement across administrative functions, and optimizing reporting and tracking systems to enhance accuracy and decision making. The position also assists with incident and crisis management and ensures timely execution of reporting and analysis.

Experience & skills
- Minimum of 3 yearsâ experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with various tools and systems
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for conflict resolution and deployment coordination
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to proactively identify concerns
