Job description
The Senior Role in Management Office is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of an EHG hotel to ensure delivery of the hotelās objectives and strategic goals. The role holder ensures maximum financial performance, high levels of guest satisfaction, and strong employee engagement while ensuring that all aspects of hotel operations consistently reflect and deliver the standards of the EHG brand experience. In business units where the Hotel Manager is the highest authority, the role holder assumes full responsibility for the commercial success of the hotel, including supporting and challenging revenue and sales teams to achieve room targets, driving food and beverage and SPA financial performance and productivity, managing leasing activities and Return on Investment revenues, and working closely with the marketing function to deliver successful marketing campaigns and positive public relations for the hotel. The role requires strong comprehension of hospitality and accounting systems, advanced knowledge of finance and cost control to protect business assets, and the ability to manage complex hotel operations while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards, with a focus on realizing cost efficiencies.

- Lead and manage the day-to-day hotel operations to ensure delivery of strategic objectives and business goals
- Drive maximum financial performance across rooms, food and beverage, SPA, leasing, and ancillary revenue streams
- Ensure all hotel operations consistently reflect and deliver the EHG brand experience standards
- Support, challenge, and collaborate with revenue and sales teams to achieve room targets and commercial objectives
- Oversee food and beverage and SPA operations to maximize financial success and productivity
- Manage leasing activities and monitor Return on Investment revenues to ensure commercial viability
- Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver effective marketing campaigns and positive public relations outcomes
- Ensure completion of projects on time, within approved budgets, and in line with defined quality standards
- Identify and realize cost efficiencies while protecting business assets through effective financial and cost control
- Oversee the use of hospitality and accounting systems to support operational and financial decision-making
Experience & skills
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of cumulative experience in progressively complex hospitality roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position within a luxury hotel brand
- Demonstrate career experience as a Hotel Manager, Executive Assistant Manager of Rooms, Executive Assistant Manager of Food and Beverage, or Director of Operations
- Exhibit strong comprehension of hospitality management systems and accounting systems
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of finance and cost control to ensure protection of business assets
- Hold a minimum qualification of a diploma or degree, preferably in Hotel Management
