Careem is looking for a Marketing Manager ā Food Delivery to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement for the food delivery business in the UAE. The role requires a strategic thinker who can execute impactful campaigns, optimize customer journeys, and collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, growth, and creative teams.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the monthly and quarterly marketing calendar aligned with the overall business strategy
- Lead the ideation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns across in-app, digital, and offline channels
- Work closely with growth marketing and commercial teams to build segmented demand-generating campaigns
- Collaborate with product and growth teams on new launches and feature promotions
- Track and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation and performance-driven decisions
- Develop compelling content and assets in collaboration with the creative team
- Own and manage the customer communication plan and CRM processes to optimize engagement and retention
- Lead restaurant marketing initiatives and enhance merchant visibility with commercial teams
- Manage, grow, and lead a team of marketing executives
- Collaborate with commercial, brand, product, and agency teams to ensure seamless marketing execution
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3ā5 years of experience in marketing
- Strong problem-solving skills in operational environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Experience in budget management, forecasting, and reporting
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Track record of creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns
- Confidence and ability to influence others
- Tech-savvy with strong digital literacy and marketing tools proficiency
- Previous experience in a tech or start-up environment is highly desirable
