DFM, ADX, NASDAQ and other GCC markets generate the corporate actions this Senior Officer checks and updates in the trading system for Mashreq Securities. The role sits in Treasury Operations, is open to UAE Nationals under Emiratisation, and is based full time in the office. Customers rely on you for investor number applications, trade confirmations and quick answers to their queries. Financial postings go into the core system, and customer portfolios are reconciled at agreed intervals with any exceptions investigated. Head Office trades placed through Mashreq Securities are reported to CAD so they can be booked correctly. Every activity follows set procedures, with the aim of zero operational loss. MIS goes to stakeholders on time. Expect to bring 2 years of experience in a medium-sized brokerage house and a university degree, with Arabic strongly preferred alongside good English.
