Join haus & haus as a Marketing & Agent Support Coordinator within the Off Plan team in Dubai (Contingent, Marketing). Act as the go-to support for Off Plan agents by helping bring marketing ideas to life, supporting social media activity, performing simple design edits, and keeping templates and tools up to date so every agent can build their brand and promote Dubai’s most exciting projects. Use Canva or PowerPoint to create and tweak simple designs; coordinate agent requests through Monday.com to keep work moving smoothly; collaborate with the Training and Marketing teams to keep materials current and easy to find; support basic photo and video content creation—sometimes behind the camera, sometimes editing; prepare clean, professional presentations for projects and client meetings; and monitor senior agents’ social pages for consistency and alignment with haus & haus standards. The role requires 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, admin, or agent support (real estate a bonus); a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar; proficiency with Canva, PowerPoint, and social media tools; some experience with Monday.com or HubSpot (or the ability to learn quickly); and basic photo or video editing skills or the curiosity to learn them.
