Job description
Join haus & haus as a Marketing & Agent Support Coordinator within the Off Plan team in Dubai (Contingent, Marketing). Act as the go-to support for Off Plan agents by helping bring marketing ideas to life, supporting social media activity, performing simple design edits, and keeping templates and tools up to date so every agent can build their brand and promote Dubaiâs most exciting projects. Use Canva or PowerPoint to create and tweak simple designs; coordinate agent requests through Monday.com to keep work moving smoothly; collaborate with the Training and Marketing teams to keep materials current and easy to find; support basic photo and video content creationâsometimes behind the camera, sometimes editing; prepare clean, professional presentations for projects and client meetings; and monitor senior agentsâ social pages for consistency and alignment with haus & haus standards. The role requires 3â5 yearsâ experience in marketing, admin, or agent support (real estate a bonus); a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar; proficiency with Canva, PowerPoint, and social media tools; some experience with Monday.com or HubSpot (or the ability to learn quickly); and basic photo or video editing skills or the curiosity to learn them. Key responsibilities
- Support Off Plan agents with marketing materials and social media posts that are on brand and visually polished
- Create and edit simple designs using Canva or PowerPoint to meet agent and project needs
- Coordinate and track agent requests through Monday.com to ensure timely progress and delivery
- Work with Training and Marketing teams to keep materials current, organized, and easy to locate
- Support basic photo and video content creation, including occasional shooting and editing
- Prepare clean, professional presentations for projects and client meetings
- Monitor senior agentsâ social pages for consistency and alignment with haus & haus standards
- Keep templates and tools up to date to enable agents to build their personal brands and promote projects
Experience & skills
- 3â5 yearsâ experience in marketing, admin, or agent support (real estate experience is a bonus)
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field
- Proficiency with Canva, PowerPoint, and social media tools
- Experience with Monday.com or HubSpot, or the ability to learn them quickly
- Basic photo or video editing skills, or strong willingness to learn
- Strong organization and presentation orientation aligned with brand standards
