Job description
The Senior Manager ā Residential Marketing Events at Red Sea Global (Division: Development; Department: Residential Development) owns end-to-end planning, execution, and performance management of all B2C and B2B marketing events within the Residential portfolio to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and position luxury residences as premier investment and lifestyle opportunities. The role develops and leads a Residential Marketing Events Strategy aligned with luxury brand positioning and commercial goals; creates and maintains an integrated events calendar across local, regional, and international markets (including roadshows, investor showcases, international expos, and FAM trips); and identifies event platforms that attract UHNWIs, strategic investors, real estate brokers, and global brand partners. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of event planning, production, and delivery (venue selection, concept creation, run-of-show, supplier coordination, execution); ensuring seamless brand storytelling and luxury experience across touchpoints from invitation design to post-event follow-up; and leading onsite execution with marketing, sales, AV, hospitality, and guest relations. The position develops detailed event budgets, monitors expenditures for cost efficiency while maintaining premium standards, oversees vendor sourcing and contracting with Procurement and Legal, and negotiates sponsorships, in-kind collaborations, and strategic partnerships. It collaborates with Residential Sales, Creative, Content, PR, and Digital teams for message alignment; supports C-suite and leadership in high-stakes engagements (private previews, launches, business development dinners); and liaises with external developers, real estate partners, agencies, and global media for residential campaigns. Measurement and reporting accountabilities include defining KPIs and success metrics (qualified leads, media exposure, attendee satisfaction, cost per acquisition), producing detailed post-event reports with ROI analysis, gathering stakeholder feedback, recommending continuous improvements, and maintaining a comprehensive database of attendees, engagement outcomes, and lead follow-up in coordination with CRM and Sales. Brand and experience curation responsibilities include ensuring all events reflect the luxury brand tone, visual identity, and world-class service, staying current with global trends in luxury hospitality, branded residences, and experiential marketing, and leading innovation in immersive and tech-enabled experiences (VR walkthroughs, digital twins, sensory activations).
