Baker Hughes is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join its engineering team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on deploying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process optimization, safety improvements, cycle time reductions, and cost efficiencies across manufacturing operations. This position requires leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact, developing Lean roadmaps, and delivering Lean Six Sigma training to improve plant KPIs. The ideal candidate is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, capable of solving problems with data-driven approaches and coordinating multiple improvement projects simultaneously.
