BCG Platinion sits between boardroom strategy and hands-on technology delivery, and this Riyadh consultant helps clients put agile ways of working at the centre of strategic IT implementation. Agile training is designed and delivered on concepts, values, culture and practices, then reinforced through hands-on coaching as teams solve day-to-day problems. Large, complex agile programmes need orchestrating, and that understanding has to land at every level of the client organisation. Digital transformation work balances overarching technical solutions with each client's particular circumstances. Customer experiences are shaped from careful analysis of the situation and of trends such as machine learning, DevOps and AI. Interdisciplinary and global teams are the norm, and travel to client sites across the Middle East and beyond is expected. Three to five years of IT consulting, with experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Product Owner, is required. Fluent English and Arabic are essential, and certifications such as CSM, CSPO, PSM, PSPO or SAFe SPC are highly desirable.
