Job description
As Store Operation Manager, you will be responsible to inspire store team to deliver excellence in day-to-day operations, supporting the entire team to convey outstanding customer service and sales performance. Support the store by implementing processes and policies critical to long-term revenue growth. You will lead efforts across client experience, sales, operational KPIs, compliance, stock, and team development while maintaining the storeās image in line with Sephora standards.

- Embody Sephora Attitude and set an example in front of the team.
- Provide support to the team in difficult situations ensuring clientās satisfaction.
- Provide extensive coaching and training to assist the team in meeting all operational KPIās.
- Take over floor leadership segments and ensure the floor is always managed and covered.
- Energize and motivate the team through effective floor management to guarantee an addictive experience for clients.
- Inspire the team to use digital tools to deliver a customized service.
- Ensure stock levels and merchandising are accurate and consistent.
- Inspire the team in achieving operational KPIās and educate them on contributing to commercial KPIs.
- Reinforce sales policies and techniques with all team members.
- Ensure beauty tools and product stock are adequate to meet targets.
- Apply policies and procedures related to products, merchandising, prices, etc.
- Elevate Cash Leaders to implement Sephora Attitude with operational tasks.
- Coordinate excess stock with Supply Chain team.
- Maintain store documentation and adhere to audit procedures.
- Ensure store, stockroom, and cash operations are aligned with Sephora standards.
- Coordinate legal documentation for random checks.
- Oversee supplier invoice documentation and inventory reports.
- Maintain safe working environment for clients and team members.
- Analyze and act on business KPIs like Conversion Rate, Market Share, etc.
- Inspire and coach the team with regular briefings, feedback, and training.
- Identify and develop talent, manage PCR and PIP processes.
- Ensure visual merchandising and marketing setups are timely and compliant.
- Maintain all digital and visual assets like Beauty Hub screens.
- Stay updated on industry trends and mentor the team accordingly.
Experience & skills
- Intermediate product knowledge.
- Advanced knowledge in health and safety procedures.
- Advanced knowledge in operations.
- Programming knowledge and Oracle BI & SIM knowledge is a plus.
- Minimum 5 to 6 yearsā experience in operations.
- Minimum 2 years experience in team and people management.
- Bachelorās degree.
- English ā Advanced level.
- Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Knowledge of cash management principles and/or procedures.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to develop and manage teams and people.
- Organized, structured and process-oriented.
