Job description
Adobe’s Solution Consultant for Digital Media in the Middle East provides technical pre-sales support to enterprise sales teams, enabling large-scale Creative Cloud and Document Cloud opportunities. This role requires deep expertise in Adobe’s solutions, strong technical and consultative skills, and the ability to communicate convincingly with executive stakeholders. The consultant will support sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams through demonstrations, RFIs/RFPs, workshops, and thought leadership engagements. Acting as the technical advisor during sales cycles, the role ensures alignment between client requirements and Adobe’s solutions, while also influencing solution strategy and providing feedback to product teams.

Key responsibilities
- Provide technical pre-sales support for enterprise sales teams during sales cycles.
- Lead solution demonstrations, workshops, and executive presentations for Creative Cloud and Document Cloud.
- Support RFI/RFP responses, competitor analysis, and solution strategy development.
- Act as technical advisor to sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Translate client requirements into Adobe solutions, offering both business and technical direction.
- Deliver presentations at roadshows, conferences, and customer events.
- Answer business, technical, and logistical questions during the sales process.
- Assist in creating client presentations and defining solution strategy.
- Support the lifecycle from pre-sales through handover to post-sales teams.
Experience & skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud solutions.
- Proven track record in pre-sales, technical consulting, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of creative applications, workflows, and document automation.
- Knowledge of APIs, web services, SOA, application servers, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Exceptional presentation and client-facing skills, with experience addressing C-level audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical documentation.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and responsive.
- Strong organizational, communication, and solution selling skills.
- Experience across one or more verticals (e.g., financial services, retail, travel) is a plus.
- Multilingual (English, Arabic, French preferred).
