Job description
ESMA compliance, dealership operation guidelines and company policy sit behind everything this Head of Aftersales role touches at Al Ghurair Mobility's EXEED operation in Dubai. You plan, direct and launch strategy for workshop outputs, then monitor, control and analyze budget, targets and objectives to keep performance on track. Service and parts operations across insurance companies, fleet customers and retail customers all fall under your management, with profitability and business goals sustained across every customer set. Warranty administration, parts warehouse management and service repair operations get strong leadership from this seat, while claims management runs alongside them. Marketing campaigns for service and parts get coordinated to acquire new customers and retain existing ones, and an express service is provided to fleet customers through annual contracts for mechanical repairs and services. Customer satisfaction is tracked through feedback surveys and handled in coordination with the CRM and Customer Care teams. Workshops get visited at random to confirm systems are in place and customers are receiving quality service on time. Electric vehicle services represent a new revenue stream you are expected to introduce, and collaboration with the manufacturer on product development feeds directly into vehicle quality and warranty outcomes.
