Job description
Primark is seeking a trend-savvy, content-driven Influencer Specialist to elevate its brand presence across the UAE. This role will focus on managing influencer marketing strategies from end to end, including sourcing, seeding, gifting, and coordinating influencer presence at events. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for fashion and culture, with a deep understanding of creator dynamics and performance analytics. Youâll work alongside PR and Media teams to craft campaigns that are bold, inclusive, and iconicâbringing Primark to the forefront of digital fashion storytelling.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to leverage influencers for brand promotion and sales growth.
- Plan, source, seed, and gift products to influencers, especially during key initiatives such as brand launches.
- End-to-end management of influencer campaigns including activation, coordination, and reporting.
- Develop and implement barter deals, gifting, and seeding strategies to amplify campaign reach.
- Coordinate influencer attendance and involvement in brand-related events.
- Collaborate with PR and Media teams to ensure aligned messaging and brand positioning.
- Track, analyze, and report on influencer campaign performance metrics.
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers across various platforms.
- Craft compelling content briefs and storytelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
