Based in Dubai, the role focuses on developing migration strategies, business cases, and KPI frameworks that help realize customer, financial, and operational value. The role is highly cross-functional and requires sharp financial modeling, telecom product insight, and benefits tracking capabilities. Ideal candidates are transformation-savvy, data-driven, and capable of translating complex analysis into actionable strategy for C-suite and stakeholder alignment.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Perform value analysis to assess customer propositions and measure business outcomes.
- Design and lead customer migration strategies, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Develop business cases for strategic initiatives, supporting value realization planning.
- Track performance and benefits realization to ensure objectives are met.
- Define and monitor KPIs that guide data-driven business decisions.
- Collaborate with teams in finance, IT, marketing, and strategy to align value goals.
- Provide assurance on value-related risks and interdependencies across transformation programs.
- Synthesize complex data and communicate insights effectively to technical and executive stakeholders.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or similar field.
- 7+ years of experience in telecom, strategy, transformation, or business analysis roles.
- Proven experience in business case development, migration strategy, or value proposition analysis.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel, SQL, BI platforms).
- Understanding of telecom products, lifecycle stages, and value drivers.
- Experience with benefits tracking and value assurance in large transformation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive change in fast-paced environments.
