Job description
As Stock Controller, you will be responsible in-store for cosmetics stock control and administration. Responsibilities include checking and processing orders, verifying deliveries against invoices, highlighting discrepancies, and ensuring proper stock distribution and replenishment.

Key responsibilities
- Pre-check brand representative orders for Sales Manager approval and forward approved orders to supplier
- 'Sense check' orders against weekly cover requirements, current stockholding, sales history, and storage capacity
- Check goods received against invoice details and verify pricing with the approved list
- Highlight discrepancies to Sales Manager and take action to resolve them with the supplier
- Distribute stock to points of sale and secure excess stock in the stockroom for ongoing replenishment
