Job description
The Senior Manager β Destination Operations Planning role at Red Sea Global sits within the Operations Division, Mobility Department, and is based on-site at the Red Sea destination. The position is responsible for leading and coordinating complex, multi-modular and cross-functional projects that enable the Mobility business to define, acquire, implement, and operationalize scalable systems, processes, and reporting platforms. The role bridges business and technical disciplines, working closely with Technology, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, and other internal stakeholders to ensure systems are fit for purpose, aligned with business requirements, compliant with financial controls, and capable of supporting operational efficiency, profitability, and long-term scalability. The role requires deep expertise in project management, enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and procurement platforms, business analysis, technology coordination, procurement lifecycle management, financial and data alignment, and governance. The Senior Manager drives end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering and solution selection through implementation, testing, reporting, and continuous improvement, while ensuring alignment with internal policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements. This position plays a critical role in establishing a robust operating platform for destination mobility operations, supporting data accuracy, reporting integrity, cost control, and strategic decision-making within a fast-growing, large-scale destination development environment.

Key responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex, multi-modular projects across multiple departments and stakeholders
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and scope while ensuring alignment with strategic mobility and operations business goals
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between business, technology, procurement, finance, accounting, and operations workstreams
- Coordinate the development and documentation of business requirements and processes to drive system selection, implementation, and setup
- Gather, document, prioritize, and translate business requirements into actionable project plans and cross-functional implementation activities
- Identify business challenges and design solutions that support operational efficiency, scalability, and profitability
- Prepare, collate, and deliver accurate reporting for senior management covering business performance, KPIs, and project outcomes
- Coordinate with technical leads and solution architects to ensure systems design, development, integration, testing, and deployment meet business and compliance needs
- Oversee procurement activities including vendor evaluation, RFP and RFQ processes, and contract coordination within project scope
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services within approved budgets
- Align project activities with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate data flows, cost tracking, financial reporting, and audit readiness
- Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and integrity across enterprise systems and operational modules
- Identify, document, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Maintain structured documentation and communication of risks, decisions, and resolutions across stakeholders
- Provide regular project status updates to sponsors and leadership covering progress, KPIs, financial performance, and strategic alignment
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, financial controls, and standard operating procedures
- Conduct periodic reviews and testing of reporting and financial controls to validate system outputs and data accuracy
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorβs degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
- Demonstrate a minimum of 10+ years of project management experience in complex, cross-functional business environments
- Exhibit strong understanding of enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, and procurement platforms
- Show proven experience in business analysis, systems implementation, technology coordination, procurement processes, and financial and data alignment
- Possess proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Asana
- Demonstrate proficiency with financial reporting and analytics tools including Excel, SAP, and Power BI
- Hold or be working toward PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification (preferred)
- Demonstrate capability to manage modular or phased business transformation initiatives within fast-paced, evolving environments
