Job description
The CRM Marketing Associate at Deliveroo Middle East in Dubai is responsible for executing high-impact lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive engagement and loyalty across the UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of CRM campaigns, including initial build, proofing, deployment, and approval. The associate will create dynamic content for multiple channels including emails, push notifications, WhatsApp messages, and in-app banners to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience. They will collaborate with CRM specialists to manage customer and merchant segmentation, ensuring accurate audience targeting. The role also includes monitoring competitor CRM activities, maintaining the BAU marketing calendar for seasonal and vertical initiatives, and reporting insights to keep Deliveroo at the forefront of the industry. Eligibility requires UAE nationality, fluency in English, and coordination with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines. A fast-paced, tech-driven mindset with a focus on data-driven marketing and experimentation is essential for success.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle CRM campaigns, including build, proofing, deployment, and approval
- Create engaging content for email, push notifications, WhatsApp, and in-app banners to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Coordinate and manage the BAU marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of restaurant, vertical, and seasonal initiatives
- Partner with CRM Specialist to implement precise segmentation and targeting strategies for customers and merchants
- Monitor competitor CRM activities and provide regular market intelligence updates
- Collaborate across Marketing, Commercial, and Global teams to align campaigns with business objectives
- Troubleshoot email campaigns using HTML and ensure accurate campaign deployment
- Use data visualization tools like Looker to analyze campaign performance and inform strategy
Experience & skills
- Significant experience in CRM marketing with high-volume campaign management
- Strong understanding of HTML for email troubleshooting
- Experience using enterprise-level CRM platforms, preferably Braze
- Proven ability to work with databases, segmentation, and data visualization tools like Looker
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across Marketing, Commercial, and Global teams
- Full fluency in English
- Eligibility as a UAE National with a Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid)
- Experience in fast-paced marketplaces or tech-driven environments is advantageous
