Job description
The Senior Relationship Manager ā Priority Banking is responsible for managing and expanding financial relationships with affluent clients in Abu Dhabi. The role involves acquiring new clients, cross-selling banking products, providing tailored financial solutions, and maintaining high service standards. The candidate must ensure risk mitigation and adherence to regulatory requirements while leading initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities
- Generating new business through marketing, gold center contacts, and network
- Increasing team revenue through cross-selling and up-selling
- Acquiring new-to-bank customers and identifying new expansion locations
- Converting inbound and outbound leads to sales
- Building trust-based relationships with key customers
- Maintaining a loyal client base and referrals
- Referring customers to other banking channels as needed
- Implementing Priority Banking services across branches
- Monitoring service levels and managing customer satisfaction
- Personally handling complaint resolution, account closures, and inquiries
- Collecting required information and evaluating client risk profiles
- Reviewing credit applications and ensuring proper documentation
- Identifying error trends and recommending process improvements
Experience & skills
- University degree or professional certification in finance or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, investment, wealth management, or financial planning
- Detailed knowledge of ADIBās Retail Banking products and services
- Experience in sales or wealth advisory for priority banking or HNIs
- Broad understanding of ADIBās Retail Credit & Operational Policies
- Familiarity with UAE banking regulations and practices
- UAE Financial Rules & Regulations Certification
- International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (Level 3)
- Knowledge of local market competitors
- Proven team leadership experience
- Strong service standards and customer-centric approach
- Excellent training, presentation, and computer skills
