The Subject Matter Expert in Process Safety Management at dss+ plays a pivotal role in implementing world-class PSM practices with a focus on Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and risk management across high-hazard industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Petrochemicals. The role involves leading client engagements, supporting field-based risk reduction, coaching client teams, advising senior executives, and working across the asset lifecycle—from design and build to decommissioning. The SME will contribute to developing tailored safety solutions aligned with client business needs, regulatory requirements, and operational goals, while also mentoring junior consultants and supporting thought leadership.
