Job description
The Senior Manager - Operational Interface (CDU3) within the City Transport Business Unit (CDUP 2066) at Qiddiya in Riyadh is responsible for overseeing and managing all interface-related activities across major transport projects, ensuring seamless integration between design, construction, and operational phases. The role supports the Interface Director and plays a critical part in achieving successful system integration across multiple mobility modes within Qiddiyaâs transport network. The position requires extensive technical expertise in interface and integration management, particularly within large-scale transport or infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing interface management strategies, managing stakeholder coordination across contractors, consultants, and internal teams, and maintaining a detailed interface register to track all touchpoints and dependencies. The Senior Manager acts as the central liaison for interface-related matters, facilitating communication, leading workshops, identifying interface risks, and developing mitigation plans to prevent project delays or cost overruns. The role also involves providing expert guidance on technical compatibility, regulatory compliance, and system readiness during design and construction stages. The ideal candidate will bring at least 15 years of experience in interface and integration management within large transport or infrastructure projects, with strong familiarity with Saudi Arabiaâs regulatory frameworks and Vision 2030 objectives. The individual must demonstrate proven leadership in stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and cross-disciplinary coordination in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

- Identify potential interface risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Monitor and report on interface-related risks, issues, and progress to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure technical compatibility and consistency across all systems and components.
- Provide expert guidance on interface requirements, standards, and integration best practices.
- Prepare regular reports detailing interface management activities, key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
- Ensure all interface agreements and related documentation are maintained, updated, and controlled throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support system integration testing, sub-system coordination, and operational readiness activities for multiple mobility modes.
- Advise senior leadership on interface risks and provide input into high-level decision-making on project integration issues.
