Portfolio Manager role at Tamkeen Technologies in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within Self Sustainable Programs, responsible for providing executive and operational support across organizational and operational activities while enhancing institutional integration with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves coordinating strategic responses, managing executive-level protocols and engagements, overseeing documentation and confidential information, and ensuring seamless team operations. Responsibilities include strengthening communication and building relationships with government entities, private sector stakeholders, and internal departments, coordinating field visits across the Kingdom, monitoring employee attendance, leave, assignments, secondments, objective setting, and performance evaluations, and managing documentation including organizing, archiving, and maintaining physical and electronic records including highly sensitive executive office files. The role includes planning and managing executive daily agendas, preparing meeting agendas, organizing supporting documentation, attending executive meetings and committees, capturing key decisions, translating decisions into actionable tasks, tracking assignments across departments, and providing reporting on progress. Additional responsibilities include summarizing reports and correspondence into actionable insights, organizing committee work, preparing presentations, documenting minutes, reviewing proposals submitted to the Executive, conducting data analysis and impact assessment, coordinating with relevant entities to prepare responses, managing official protocols for events, workshops, and executive visits, supporting consultants within the sector, and performing related duties as directed. The role requires experience in portfolio or program management, executive support, stakeholder coordination, government engagement, and organizational operations within large organizations
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Strengthen communication and build relationships with government entities, private sector organizations, and internal stakeholders while coordinating responses to inquiries and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
- Coordinate field visits across the Kingdom in collaboration with relevant entities, departments, and stakeholders while managing logistics and execution
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, assignments, secondments, objective setting, and performance evaluations while maintaining accurate operational tracking
- Organize, archive, and manage physical and electronic documentation including confidential executive office files ensuring security, confidentiality, and accessibility
- Plan and manage executive daily agendas, prepare meeting agendas, organize supporting documents, and ensure smooth execution of executive activities
- Attend executive meetings and committees, capture key decisions, translate outcomes into actionable tasks, and track implementation progress
- Track assignments across departments, provide status updates, summarize reports and correspondence, and support executive decision-making
- Organize committee work including presentation preparation, documentation of minutes, action tracking, and coordination with consultants and stakeholders
Experience & skills
- Obtain BSc degree in Business Administration or related field supporting portfolio or program management responsibilities
- Demonstrate 6-8 years of experience in portfolio management, program management, or executive support within government or large organizations
- Demonstrate excellent English communication skills including written and verbal executive communication and reporting
- Demonstrate experience coordinating stakeholders across government entities, private sector, and internal departments
- Demonstrate analytical thinking capability including data analysis, impact assessment, and executive reporting
- Demonstrate experience handling confidential information and managing executive-level documentation
- Demonstrate experience in presentation preparation, documentation management, and committee coordination
- Demonstrate ability to track assignments, manage priorities, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
