We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager - Education Buildings to lead groundbreaking projects that shape the future of educational infrastructure within our innovative development. This role involves overseeing planning, design, and construction, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing interdisciplinary teams, and delivering projects that meet both functional and sustainable goals.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, design, and construction of educational buildings, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop functional and sustainable education facilities
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion and efficient use of funds
- Coordinate with educational stakeholders to ensure facilities meet the specific needs of their programs and users
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines
- Identify potential project risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations throughout all phases of the project
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all educational building projects and communicate progress to stakeholders effectively
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 8–12 years of experience in project management in educational construction or related fields
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex building projects from inception to completion
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to manage interdisciplinary teams and foster collaboration
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present plans and progress to various stakeholders
- Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly valued
