ByteDance's Information Systems team builds and enhances internal enterprise platforms across HR, workplace services, finance, legal affairs, procurement and approval workflows, and this Product Manager Leader role sits inside that team. End to end system lifecycle work runs through the role, from strategic planning and solution design through implementation, security, configuration and ongoing optimization. You'll plan the roadmap for B2B products based on user requirements, steering product direction through business and product analysis. Business problems get analyzed and diagnosed to surface user pain points and priorities, backed by competitive analysis across the areas in scope. Coordination runs across multiple teams such as Technology, Testing and Operations, driving shared targets toward the product's business goals. Product operations sit within the role too, covering training, data analysis and continuous attention to user feedback and behavior. Customer satisfaction stays a direct responsibility, tracked alongside ongoing efforts to optimize the product user experience. You're expected to bring 3 or more years of relevant experience in internet products or enterprise management software, with a bachelor's degree or above. Communication with technical teams runs throughout project launches, since product design and development processes depend on close collaboration to move efficiently.
