Job description
A Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support overall marketing objectives. This includes creating high-quality content, managing social media platforms, engaging with followers, analyzing performance metrics, and staying on top of emerging social trends. The role also includes planning and optimizing paid social campaigns, managing influencer collaborations, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital interactions.

Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 1ā3 years of experience in social media marketing, strategy development, and analytics
- Proficiency in social media management platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
- Experience with paid social campaigns and ad management (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager)
- Strong design skills using Canva or Adobe Photoshop
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Analytical ability to interpret performance data and make strategic recommendations
- Creative thinking for unique, on-brand content development
- Project management experience in handling content calendars and campaign schedules
