Job description
The Director of Organizational Development and Talent Management is responsible for leading enterprise-wide talent strategies and organizational development initiatives. This leadership role focuses on building a high-performance culture, developing leadership capabilities, and ensuring sustainable talent pipelines. The role involves partnering with senior leadership to implement talent frameworks, succession planning strategies, and workforce planning initiatives that support long-term organizational growth.

- Design succession planning and leadership development programs
- Monitor and analyze talent metrics and performance indicators

Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent preferred
- 8–10 years of experience in organizational development and talent management
- Minimum 5 years in leadership or senior management role
- Strong knowledge of workforce planning and succession planning
- Experience leading organizational transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Experience working in multicultural environments
- Strong analytical and project management skills
