Job description
Deliveroo is seeking an ODC Account Manager to manage and grow convenience store partnerships in Kuwait. The role is focused on expanding partner selection, optimizing sales and promotions, ensuring strong operational performance, and improving the customer experience in the convenience category. The Account Manager will work closely with partner stores, marketing, and operations teams to deliver competitive campaigns, ensure smooth execution, and refine category strategies through data insights. This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role requiring strong analytical and relationship management skills.

Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with convenience store partners to grow selection and drive sales
- Optimize partner performance by advising on pricing strategies, promotions, and product assortment
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute seasonal promotions, bundles, and loyalty campaigns
- Monitor and improve operational KPIs such as fulfilment rates, delivery times, and customer satisfaction
- Benchmark competitor strategies and market trends to maintain a competitive edge
- Analyze sales data, basket size, and order frequency to identify growth opportunities and refine category strategies
- Serve as a trusted advisor to convenience store partners, helping them maximize performance on the Deliveroo platform
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management, grocery retail, or FMCG (convenience store experience preferred)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Proven ability to optimize sales performance and design promotional strategies
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders
