Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IT strategy in line with business objectives
• Provide technology leadership as part of the senior management team
• Establish technology roadmaps supporting growth and digital transformation
• Lead enterprise-wide technology transformation and modernisation programmes
• Own the enterprise applications strategy across ERP, ETRM, CRM, Finance, Treasury, Risk, Procurement, HR and BI
• Modernise and rationalise business-critical applications
• Implement governance, lifecycle management and change-control frameworks
• Partner closely with Trading, Finance, Risk and Operations
• Define the enterprise cybersecurity strategy and security governance framework
• Manage cyber risk, vulnerability management, identity and access management and incident response
• Enforce security controls across infrastructure, cloud, applications, endpoints and data
• Run cybersecurity audits, assessments and remediation programmes
• Oversee the design and continuous improvement of technology infrastructure
• Ensure high availability, performance and resilience across networks, systems, cloud and applications
• Direct Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualisation, storage, backup and disaster recovery environments
• Drive IT Service Management and continuous service improvement
• Plan infrastructure and operational roadmaps for future business needs
• Identify process optimisation and automation opportunities across the business
• Build an enterprise AI strategy and governance framework
• Deploy technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services and intelligent document processing
• Scale RPA, workflow automation and low-code/no-code initiatives
• Strengthen enterprise data capabilities for AI, analytics and automation
