Job description
The eCommerce Marketing Manager at Huda Beauty will play a pivotal role in driving digital revenue, optimizing the online customer experience, and executing a cohesive global eCommerce strategy. Based in Dubai, this role reports to the Director of eCommerce Marketing and manages an eCommerce Assistant, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while steering commercial growth across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with strong executional capabilitiesâbalancing data analytics, creative campaign delivery, and commercial performance management. This role is critical in scaling Huda Beautyâs online presence, integrating social commerce, and championing cross-functional collaboration to enhance the brandâs digital ecosystem.

Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the eCommerce trading calendar, coordinating product launches, promotions, and campaigns across global markets.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs including traffic, conversion, AOV, and profitability metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Paid Media, CRM, Merchandising, and Operations teams to deliver cohesive go-to-market plans.
- Lead and mentor the eCommerce Assistant, delegating operational and administrative responsibilities effectively.
- Oversee website merchandising, promotional setup, and UX optimization to maximize customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
- Drive social commerce strategy through TikTok Shop, affiliates, and live shopping partnerships.
- Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, and Operations to ensure alignment on pricing, inventory, tax, and fulfillment processes.
- Deliver actionable insights and performance reports using GA4, Shopify Analytics, and CRM tools.
- Support vendor selection and onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of new digital tools and platforms.
- Identify and implement best practices for process efficiency, marketing automation, and customer experience innovation.
Experience & skills
- 4â6 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online tradingâpreferably within the beauty, fashion, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven success managing digital sales performance and executing online campaigns at scale.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing small teams.
- Proficiency in Shopify (or equivalent CMS), GA4, CRM systems (e.g., Klaviyo), and digital trading tools.
- Commercially savvy with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across marketing, merchandising, and operations.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation, brand storytelling, and user experience optimization.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
