Job description
We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join our Group HR team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone. The role supports talent acquisition by sourcing and engaging candidates, maintaining talent pipelines, providing administrative support, conducting screenings, and enhancing the candidate experience. Responsibilities include reducing time-to-hire, supporting hiring managers, coordinating interviews, posting and tracking jobs via Talentera, screening candidates, updating recruitment dashboards, and supporting SOP documentation. Required qualifications include a bachelorās degree in HR, 2ā3 years UAE experience, familiarity with job boards and ATS tools, proficiency in Excel, and strong English communication.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support to hiring managers by identifying and shortlisting suitable candidates
- Share screening notes to assist hiring decisions
- Proactively source and screen candidates while maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate interviews
- Advertise vacancies on Talentera to attract applicants and track applications
- Screen and shortlist internal applications on Talentera
- Check HR records to verify disciplinary history of internal candidates
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners to process CRFs for internal hires
- Assist in updating the Recruitment Dashboard
- Build and maintain an up-to-date candidate pipeline
- Establish and update Talent Acquisition SOPs as needed
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in human resource management
- Arabic speaker preferred
- 2ā3 years of UAE experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience sourcing high volumes of candidates
- Prior experience in a large organization or staffing agency
- Experience with job boards such as LinkedIn and Naukrigulf
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent English proficiency
