Job description
The Senior Executive – Performance Excellence supports the strategic implementation of Business Excellence frameworks across DHCM, deploying EFQM, DQA, and related Dubai Holding transformation and quality programs. The role drives cross-functional process improvements across community operations, support services, and shared functions, while supporting annual strategic planning, Balanced Scorecard cascading, and alignment of KPIs with DHCM operational priorities. It conducts capability assessments, quality maturity evaluations, gap analysis, and process optimization initiatives, oversees documentation and reviews of SOPs and workflows, and leads knowledge-sharing activities related to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement. The position collaborates with Procurement, Operations, and FM teams to build performance scorecards and vendor evaluation models, monitors quality initiatives through Power BI dashboards, RCA techniques, and corrective action tools, and liaises with external assessors, consultants, certification bodies, and benchmarking organizations. It maintains repositories of process templates, KPIs, forms, and audit reports to support centralized knowledge management, with a strong emphasis on process thinking, analytical rigor, customer-centric process design, and continuous improvement across DHCM’s service delivery and operational ecosystem.

Key responsibilities
- Drive the deployment of Business Excellence frameworks such as EFQM and DQA in alignment with Dubai Holding transformation and quality programs
- Facilitate cross-functional process improvement initiatives across community operations, support services, and shared functions
- Support annual strategic planning and Balanced Scorecard cascading by aligning KPIs with DHCM operational priorities
- Conduct internal capability assessments and quality maturity evaluations to identify performance gaps
- Oversee documentation and periodic review of key business processes, SOPs, and service workflows
- Lead internal knowledge-sharing initiatives related to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and FM teams to develop performance scorecards and vendor service evaluation models
- Monitor and report effectiveness of quality initiatives using dashboards, RCA, and corrective action tracking tools
- Liaise with external assessors, consultants, and benchmarking bodies during awards, audits, or certification processes
- Build and maintain a repository of process templates, forms, KPIs, and audit reports for knowledge management
Experience & skills
- Possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, quality management, industrial engineering, or a related field, with a master's degree desirable
- Hold formal training or certification in EFQM, Six Sigma, Lean, or ISO 9001 (preferred)
- Bring 5–7 years of experience in business excellence, process improvement, or quality roles within real estate, FM, or community services
- Have at least 2 years of supervisory experience with cross-functional project facilitation exposure
- Demonstrate strong understanding of quality frameworks, operational KPIs, and performance metrics
- Show hands-on experience in process mapping, RCA, stakeholder engagement, and process automation support
- Be proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Visio for process flows, and Power BI for dashboards
- Have experience coordinating assessments, certifications, and external audits
