Job description
The Senior Manager - Asset Management Reporting & Analytics at Red Sea Global is responsible for designing and delivering financial and operational reporting across the company’s hospitality portfolio, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and strategic insights for executive decision-making. Reporting to the Finance and Investments Division within the Asset Management Department, this position bridges property-level finance teams and central Asset Management to oversee budgeting, forecasting, BI development, and performance monitoring. The role requires deep expertise in hospitality finance, particularly in KPIs such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP/NOI flow-through, and cost benchmarks. The Senior Manager leads the design and maintenance of USALI-compliant dashboards and manages BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, and ProfitSword, ensuring integration with enterprise systems like Oracle, SAP, Sun, and PeopleSoft. Responsibilities include developing advanced financial models (NPV, IRR, waterfall), automating reporting workflows, validating operator data, and conducting benchmarking analysis using both internal KPIs and external datasets. The role requires advanced competency in data automation, BI architecture, and executive dashboard delivery, with a strong focus on data-driven asset management. The Senior Manager also plays a leadership role in developing departmental strategies, KPIs, and budgets, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring governance standards in line with IFRS/GAAP and USALI frameworks. The position is ideal for a finance leader experienced in multi-property or regional hospitality operations with a strong analytical, technical, and strategic mindset.
