Job description

As an AI Experience Designer (UI/UX) at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in the AI Hub within the GCEO Office, you will create intuitive, visually appealing and user‑centric experiences for AI‑powered applications aligned with business goals and user needs. You will translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows and interface designs to optimise usability and engagement; design and maintain UI components and design systems for consistent user experiences across AI products; conduct user research, usability testing and iterative design reviews to validate design decisions; collaborate with frontend developers to ensure precise implementation of design specifications; advocate accessibility and responsive design best practices across platforms and devices; and incorporate stakeholder and end‑user feedback to continuously refine and enhance design solutions.
