Job description
GMGâs Ventures division seeks a Marketing Manager for the Home Division to manage marketing campaigns, optimize store promotions, and analyze market trends to align initiatives with retail goals for Suncoastâthe UAE destination for outdoor furniture and accessories, representing premium international brands such as Higold, Edemlan, and Nardi. The role develops and implements retail marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales; plans, executes, and evaluates multi-channel marketing (in-store, local, digital); leads digital marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising; creates and manages content across platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity; analyzes sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform strategy and improve performance; conducts market research and monitors competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks; manages store displays, signage, and in-store promotions to enhance customer experience; implements customer engagement initiatives including loyalty programs, events, and promotions; collaborates with internal teams and external partners to align and execute projects; and oversees marketing budgets, monitors expenses, and reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Experience & skills
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in retail marketing, including event planning, public relations, and media management
- Experience in the retail furniture industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; Masterâs degree or relevant professional certification is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment
