Tamara, Saudi Arabia’s first fintech unicorn and a leading financial technology platform in the GCC with headquarters in Riyadh, seeks a Legal Counsel with 3–4 years of experience to serve as a key in-house advisor supporting rapid growth and innovation. The role reviews and negotiates a wide range of commercial contracts and develops template contracts based on business needs; conducts thorough legal research and provides clear, concise advice to internal stakeholders on varied legal and regulatory issues; works closely with product, engineering, finance, and sales to deliver timely, practical guidance that enables business objectives; supports protection and enforcement of the company’s intellectual property rights; supports incorporation and management of corporate affairs across the Group; and assists senior legal team members on strategic transactions, managing legal disputes, and business inquiries. The position requires bilingual capabilities in English and Arabic and a highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive approach suited to a fast-paced, evolving fintech environment.
