Job description
Visa is seeking a Product-led Growth and Monetization Lead for Visa Pay to drive strategic growth, product innovation, campaign management, and data analytics. Based in Dubai, this role requires a leader who can integrate product development with marketing efforts to increase user acquisition and revenue. The ideal candidate will have experience in fintech or digital payments, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across a matrixed organization.

Key responsibilities
- Develop consolidated view on growth drivers and priorities by analyzing marketing, usability, conversion, and channel performance data
- Execute customer acquisition and activation initiatives including digital campaigns, gamification, brand partnerships, and on-ground activations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and optimize consumer-facing features for product-led growth
- Design and manage targeted marketing campaigns to maximize reach and ROI
- Work with Visa marketing and external agencies to launch, manage, and measure campaign performance
- Utilize advanced analytics to identify market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance
- Provide insights into consumer pricing decisions and strategic choices
- Define and implement key performance metrics for business objectives and initiative tracking
- Conduct market analysis and develop strategic plans with stakeholders for Visa Pay expansion
- Support program governance and executive-level reporting
Experience & skills
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelorās degree or at least 5 years with an Advanced Degree
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt to different audiences
- Demonstrated problem-solving and hypothesis-driven approach
- Experience in driving revenue growth in digital payments or fintech
- Proficiency in data analytics and customer engagement platforms
- Proven success in fast-paced environments such as technology, financial services, or consulting
- Bachelor's degree required; Masterās or MBA preferred
- Payments industry experience preferred
- Willingness to travel 10ā15% of the time
