Job description
Supporting the Asset Lifecycle Planning & Integration Director, this Infrastructure Assets Integration Director role works with the Infrastructure portfolio lead, roads and car parks stakeholders, City Operations, and O&M teams on a flagship giga-project roughly 45 kilometers southwest of Riyadh. You shape practical lifecycle plans and renewal programmes for infrastructure assets, feeding risks, issues, opportunities, condition insights, and maintenance feedback from O&M into prioritisation and renewal pipelines. Every infrastructure asset decision stays evidence-based and aligned with the city-wide asset management framework. Lifecycle plans and programmes get developed for roads, car parks, and infrastructure assets, applying city-wide asset management principles, renewal strategies, and intervention criteria throughout. Maintenance, renewal, refurbishment, and replacement plans get built around asset condition, criticality, and performance, while safety, resilience, maintainability, operability, and user experience all factor into whole-life value decisions. You monitor asset performance, defects, and recurring failures to support informed decision-making, and support risk-based prioritisation using condition, cost, performance, safety, criticality, and service impact data. Funding gaps, deferred works, or ownership issues get escalated as lifecycle and renewal risks, while infrastructure renewal pipelines get shaped through analysis of condition, risk, maintenance, cost, and performance data. Evidence-based renewal priorities stay maintained throughout, backed by reporting on lifecycle risks, backlogs, budgets, and recommended actions.
