As a Customer Solutions Architect at Nokia (CNS Cloud and Network Services) across Riyadh, Dubai, and Doha, you act as a trusted advisor collaborating closely with customers’ CTO and Chief Architect teams to understand unique requirements and translate them into tailored, end-to-end architectures using Nokia’s comprehensive portfolio alongside third-party products. Operating within a collaborative, innovative environment, you engage in large, complex solution-selling cases, develop high-level designs, align solutions with market positioning and customer expectations, and influence strategic technology decisions that shape adoption. The role spans the full lifecycle: gathering stakeholder inputs and converting them into actionable requirements; applying architecture standards to maintain solution integrity; conducting thorough research and evaluations across specialized domains; and leading cross-functional teams to deliver client-specific solutions while managing day-to-day resource allocation and project issues. You contribute to organizational direction by developing best practices, setting professional standards in architecture, and serving as a senior subject matter expert who fosters regional and global collaboration.
