Job description
KBR is seeking a Site Logistics Specialist with extensive experience in large-scale EPC projects in the Oil & Gas industry. The role will be based in Abu Dhabi for a PMC project and requires expertise in overseeing logistics operations at project sites, ensuring smooth execution of material and equipment flow, and compliance with project standards and requirements. ADNOC project experience will be considered a strong advantage.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee site logistics for large-scale EPC Oil & Gas projects.
- Coordinate material handling, transportation, and delivery schedules to support project execution.
- Ensure logistics operations are aligned with project requirements, safety standards, and client expectations.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to optimize logistics strategies.
- Monitor vendor and subcontractor performance related to logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, local regulations, and project-specific requirements.
- Support planning and execution of logistics across the full asset lifecycle.
- Contribute to PMC project management by providing logistics expertise and oversight.
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 17+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- At least 14+ years of experience in execution of EPC contracts in the Oil & Gas industry.
- ADNOC project experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is mandatory.
- Proven track record in managing site logistics for mega EPC projects.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, materials handling, and logistics in Oil & Gas environments.
