Job description
The Key Account Manager – OnTrade will be responsible for driving sales and delivering profit targets through fostering strong, long-term relationships with F&B directors and decision-makers in leading hotels and hospitality groups. Reporting to the Group Business Manager – OnTrade Dubai, the role emphasizes customer relationship building, commercial excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high levels of service and value delivery. This is a customer-facing role within a fast-paced, multicultural environment requiring strong sales skills and sector knowledge, particularly in beverages or FMCG.

Key responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve profit targets across OnTrade channels in Dubai
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with F&B directors and key decision-makers in premium hotels
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining strong brand presence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to execute sales strategies
- Influence customer decision-making through commercial and product knowledge
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to management
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and new potential clients
- Promote wine and beverage portfolio with product expertise
- Represent the company at industry and client events to strengthen market position
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in FMCG or beverages
- Wine knowledge and experience preferred
- Excellent commercial and selling skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
