Leads the commercial strategy, financial reporting, and performance oversight for Qiddiyaâs Master Development portfolio, ensuring effective resource management, accurate reporting, and strategic commercial insights to support world-class development programmes. Acts as a senior partner to project directors, guiding financial decision-making and driving commercial excellence across major projects.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance commercial management and reporting across Master Development projects
- Develop commercial strategies aligned with Qiddiyaâs long-term objectives
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modelling cycles
- Ensure accurate financial reporting with insights for senior management and the board
- Collaborate with project directors to define KPIs and monitor project performance
- Produce comprehensive financial, risk, and strategic opportunity reports
- Establish and enforce policies for financial controls and regulatory compliance
- Act as a commercial advisor to project teams, supporting strategic decisions
- Lead and develop high-performing commercial and reporting teams
- Engage external stakeholders, including regulators and financial institutions
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance commercial and reporting efficiency
Experience & skills
- Masterâs degree in Finance, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 15+ yearsâ experience in commercial management and financial reporting
- Experience within master development, mega projects, or large-scale real estate environments
- Expert knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Strong understanding of construction and real estate industry dynamics
- Proven leadership experience managing diverse, senior-level teams
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities at senior levels
- Proficiency in financial software, reporting tools, and enterprise management systems
- Middle East experience highly desirable
