Job description
The Property Consultant â Secondary Market will focus on luxury property sales across Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Hills Estate on a full-time, commission-only basis. The role centers on identifying and pursuing opportunities for luxury property sales; assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties; conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends; providing exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the sales process; and collaborating with team members to achieve targets. Preferred profile includes proven experience in luxury sales (preferably in Dubai), strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, the ability to build and maintain client relationships, a valid UAE driving license, financial stability for at least six months, and a professional image. Experience & skills
- Have proven experience in luxury sales, preferably in Dubai
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market
- Hold a valid UAE driving license
- Be financially stable for at least six months
- Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Be able to build and maintain client relationships
- Present a professional image and be motivated, ambitious, and results-driven
