Job description
LAWAZEM is seeking a motivated and talented Sales Account Manager to join its sales team to manage client accounts, drive sales growth, and nurture strong customer relationships. The role requires managing and growing assigned client accounts to achieve sales targets, developing strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities across products and services, preparing and delivering tailored sales presentations and proposals based on client requirements, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and updating the CRM system regularly, monitoring market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities, and providing regular reports on account status, sales activities, and sales forecasts to management. The position requires proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar sales role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain client relationships, a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and fluency in Arabic and English. The role is focused on account management, CRM-driven sales tracking, customer engagement, revenue growth, and strategic sales execution within a competitive market environment.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned client accounts by consistently driving sales performance, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring long-term account development through structured engagement and strategic planning aligned with company sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs in detail, offering tailored solutions, and acting as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and trust across all interactions.
- Identify, evaluate, and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities by analyzing client requirements and aligning additional products and services to maximize account value and revenue expansion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling, customized sales presentations and proposals that clearly communicate value propositions, address client pain points, and support successful deal closure and account acquisition.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as operations, delivery, and customer support to ensure seamless execution of client solutions, timely delivery, and consistent service quality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities by consistently updating CRM systems, tracking pipeline progress, and documenting client interactions to support data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify emerging business opportunities, adjust sales strategies, and maintain competitive positioning in the market.
- Provide detailed and structured reports on account performance, sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to management to support strategic planning and executive decision-making.
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar sales role, including direct responsibility for managing client accounts and achieving or exceeding sales targets in a structured sales environment.
- Exhibit strong communication skills by effectively interacting with clients, understanding their business needs, and conveying solutions clearly and professionally across different account levels and stakeholders.
- Apply strong negotiation and presentation skills to prepare, present, and close sales opportunities while ensuring alignment between client expectations and business objectives.
- Utilize CRM software proficiency to accurately manage client data, track sales activities, monitor pipelines, and maintain organized records for reporting and forecasting purposes.
- Operate Microsoft Office Suite tools effectively to prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and other sales documentation required for client engagement and internal communication.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by managing multiple accounts independently while ensuring consistent engagement and high-quality customer service delivery.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating foundational academic knowledge relevant to sales, marketing, and account management functions.
- Demonstrate fluency in both Arabic and English to effectively communicate with diverse clients, prepare bilingual documentation when required, and support regional account coverage across multiple GCC markets.
