Job description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on top-of-funnel candidate engagement. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and conducting initial interviews, ensuring an efficient and professional recruitment process that aligns with company values. This role is based onsite in Saudi Arabia and requires fluency in English (C1 level).

Key responsibilities
- Review and screen resumes to assess candidate qualifications against job requirements
- Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates’ experience, interest, and availability
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine role requirements and screening criteria
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across various platforms
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor laws
- Provide timely updates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Fluency in English (C1 level)
- At least 1 year of experience in mass hiring
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open roles
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
