Job description
Financial institutions and large enterprises in Saudi Arabia face tight regulatory and operational demands on security, and Splunk's security operations platform is built to meet them. This senior pre-sales engineer, based in Riyadh on a hybrid 48 hour week, is the technical expert who shows customers how. Integrated security workflows are designed and architected around each client's SecOps environment and regulatory requirements. Demonstrations run onsite, through webinars and at field events, and Proof of Values (POVs) with technical integrations are used to win the technical decision. Account teams depend on you for briefings, proposals and issue resolution across the SecOps portfolio. Relationships with clients and partners are built for the long term. Mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team strategy set up a path towards leadership. Expect to bring 10+ years in cybersecurity technical sales, pre-sales or solution architecture, hands-on deployment of platforms such as Palo Alto Networks (CORTEX), Chronicle, Microsoft Defender or Fortinet, and direct experience with Saudi enterprises. CISSP or SANS certification, Kubernetes, Docker, Python, Java or Go, and knowledge of LLMs or GenAI in security analytics add weight to an application.
