Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine enterprise-level planning and scheduling standards across all project lifecycle phases, from concept design through handover
• Create and maintain comprehensive master schedules for large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
• Ensure program components are integrated and synchronized with the overarching master plan, phasing strategy, and investment framework
• Facilitate alignment between internal departments including design, engineering, commercial, development, and delivery teams
• Deploy advanced planning tools such as Primavera P6, PMWeb, and Power BI to provide real-time project visibility and performance reporting
• Track and report progress on key milestones and KPIs across infrastructure and vertical construction workstreams
• Conduct critical path analysis to proactively identify schedule bottlenecks and potential risks, recommending mitigation strategies
• Establish structured communication and reporting frameworks that ensure transparency and data accuracy for all stakeholders
• Collaborate with senior management to ensure planning processes align with strategic goals and operational objectives
• Lead efforts to standardize scheduling practices and templates to improve consistency and efficiency across all active and future projects
• Support development of risk-adjusted schedules and scenario analyses to guide executive decision-making
• Ensure schedule baselines, forecasts, and progress updates are documented and communicated effectively to project teams and executives
