Job description
The Manager of Projects Planning & Scheduling at ROSHN plays a pivotal role in overseeing and integrating project planning and scheduling functions across all phases of development. This position operates at a strategic level, ensuring that master schedules for residential, mixed-use, and infrastructure projects are effectively aligned with ROSHNâs overall investment and development strategy. The incumbent will design, manage, and optimize scheduling frameworks, identify risks, and maintain transparent communication between technical and executive stakeholders. The role demands an expert-level command of Primavera P6, PMWeb, Power BI, and Think-Cell to produce data-driven insights that enable real-time decision-making and ensure timely project delivery in line with Vision 2030 objectives.

Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and refine enterprise-level planning and scheduling standards across all project lifecycle phases, from concept design through handover
- Create and maintain comprehensive master schedules for large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
- Ensure program components are integrated and synchronized with the overarching master plan, phasing strategy, and investment framework
- Facilitate alignment between internal departments including design, engineering, commercial, development, and delivery teams
- Deploy advanced planning tools such as Primavera P6, PMWeb, and Power BI to provide real-time project visibility and performance reporting
- Track and report progress on key milestones and KPIs across infrastructure and vertical construction workstreams
- Conduct critical path analysis to proactively identify schedule bottlenecks and potential risks, recommending mitigation strategies
- Establish structured communication and reporting frameworks that ensure transparency and data accuracy for all stakeholders
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure planning processes align with strategic goals and operational objectives
- Lead efforts to standardize scheduling practices and templates to improve consistency and efficiency across all active and future projects
- Support development of risk-adjusted schedules and scenario analyses to guide executive decision-making
- Ensure schedule baselines, forecasts, and progress updates are documented and communicated effectively to project teams and executives
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and controls within large-scale real estate or infrastructure developments
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, PMWeb, Power BI, Think-Cell, and Microsoft Excel is mandatory
- Strong understanding of project controls, schedule risk analysis, and development lifecycle management
- Proven experience developing integrated master schedules for multi-phase or multi-asset portfolios
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex scheduling data to technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and reporting abilities, capable of presenting to executive leadership
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabiaâs large-scale real estate and infrastructure development environment preferred
