Job description
Deloitte seeks a Manager within Risk, Regulatory & Forensic (Regulatory & Financial Risk) to lead SAP S/4 TRMS and FSCP solution implementation projects across the full lifecycle—requirements reviews, system configuration, test documentation and execution, issue identification and resolution, and post go-live support—focused on Treasury and Risk Management for large corporates in KSA. The role covers process design reviews, detailed implementation planning, and development of overall project plans (scoping), acting as the client liaison for troubleshooting. Responsibilities span identifying, extracting, and sharing knowledge assets from Cash Management and Treasury S/4HANA projects, applying strong knowledge of Cash Management, Financial Accounting, Financial Instruments, Bank and Cash Reconciliations, and corporate treasury governance. Hands-on expertise is required in BCM payments, IHC payments, and payment interfaces. The manager will cooperate closely with cross-functional Deloitte teams, build in-depth knowledge of client businesses, stay current on industry activities and leading practices, contribute to regulations/procedures enhancement for MI-related practices, and manage effectively across cross-geography teams, flexing to cultural differences and shared views on project quality, objectives, and outcomes. The position emphasizes proven commitment to knowledge management and mentoring junior consultants, strong analytical skills with a bias toward action, excellent presentation abilities, leading and facilitating meetings and workshops on multi-functional topics/solutions, and operating amid ambiguity in evolving business environments. Travel of up to 50% may be required, with proficiency in English mandatory and Arabic a plus.

Key responsibilities
- Lead SAP S/4 TRMS and FSCP implementation projects, covering business requirements reviews, system configuration, testing, issue resolution, and post go-live support
- Be actively involved in preparation, conceptualization, realization, and go-live phases of customer implementations
- Perform process design reviews and develop detailed plans for process implementation
- Assist in developing overall project plans (scoping) and create individual work plans
- Act as the client liaison to investigate, analyze, and solve SAP Treasury-related problems
- Identify, extract, and share knowledge assets from Cash Management and Treasury S/4HANA projects with internal consulting and advisory practice
- Apply strong knowledge of Cash Management, Financial Accounting, Financial Instruments, and Bank/Cash Reconciliations to treasury processes and best practices
- Implement and support BCM payments, IHC payments, and payment interfaces in corporate treasury environments
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to Deloitte’s knowledge management initiatives
- Cooperate closely with cross-functional Deloitte teams to address multi-functional problems and deliver integrated solutions
- Build in-depth knowledge of clients’ businesses, track industry activities/marketplace trends/innovation efforts/leading practices, and translate insights into delivery
- Manage across cross-geography teams, adapting to cultural differences and aligning on project quality, objectives, and outcomes
- Lead and facilitate meetings and workshops on multi-functional topics and solutions, providing clear presentations and actionable outcomes
Experience & skills
- University degree in Financial Accounting or IT / Computer Science or related field; master’s degree is a plus
- Associate certification for SAP Treasury Management preferred
- 8+ years of SAP consulting experience with at least 5 years in Treasury and Risk Management and a minimum of 3 end-to-end TRMS implementations
- 4–5 years of experience as a team lead in SAP S/4HANA FSCM or TRM implementation is highly regarded
- Quantitative and analytical skills with ability to work across diverse cultures in global teams
- Ability to apply knowledge of organizational structure, functions, and procedures to solve problems and design implementation methods, including predicting effects of changes
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency (written and spoken) is a plus
- Willingness to work hours needed to meet client deadlines and firm needs, with travel up to 50% as required
- Ability to think strategically, organize and manage multi-disciplinary teams, and sell additional services to clients
- Ability to conduct extensive research and stay current on leading practices in corporate and banking treasury management
- Basic ABAP ability for debugging and simple code understanding
- Strong analytical skills, bias toward action, excellent presentation skills, and capability to lead/facilitate meetings and workshops
