Job description
Transguard Group is hiring a Contract Manager â Commercial Management to join their Commercial Management team in Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZA). The role focuses on improving and protecting the profitability of manpower contracts and supporting both new and existing business operations. The role includes contract risk analysis, financial exposure assessments, and end-to-end client service delivery while ensuring compliance with legal and internal frameworks. It also involves supporting business development and collaborating with legal, bids, finance, and operational teams.

Key responsibilities
- Highlight client contract risks to the business with potential financial exposure.
- Evaluate contract risks and provide recommendations to business units and senior management.
- Analyze existing contracts to identify opportunities for increased client satisfaction and profitability.
- Support review of new and existing client contracts and determine feasibility and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Bids Team to review tender and performance bonds.
- Assist with client disputes to ensure timely resolution.
- Drive profitability through contract negotiation and dispute avoidance activities.
- Support account creation, renewal, and close-out activities across various divisions.
- Participate in commercial review and debtorsâ meetings.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across different business units for multi-service clients.
- Assist in strategy development to increase commercial awareness across the workforce.
- Guide business units in client contract drafting and negotiation processes.
- Ensure governance compliance and proper risk assessment procedures for business opportunities.
- Review RFPs and tenders, highlighting key risks and financial implications.
- Work with legal to ensure new contracts align with company policies and UAE laws.
- Ensure all pricing and contractual documents comply with the authority matrix.
- Deliver training to account and operations managers on SLAs, KPIs, and commercial awareness.
Experience & skills
- 3-6 years of experience in contract, commercial, or account management in a B2B environment.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Management, Commerce, Finance, or a similar field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce and Oracle.
- Strong skills in negotiating and drafting commercial clauses.
