Job description

The role involves serving as a Pega CDH Senior System Architect or Lead System Architect responsible for designing, configuring and delivering enterprise-grade decisioning solutions within Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). It requires 7+ years of Pega experience, including 3–4 years specifically in Pega CDH, along with certifications such as Pega CSSA and Pega Decisioning Consultant. Responsibilities include designing and configuring core CDH decisioning logic, including rules, propositions, treatments and decision data flows, working hands-on with CDH components such as ADM, DSM, Value Finder and Customer Profiler, and leveraging SQL, JSON, real-time decisioning and object-oriented programming principles. The architect manages end-to-end delivery in Agile environments, designs integrations using REST APIs, Kafka and FTP, and aligns technical design to client business objectives. Additional responsibilities include summarizing analytical outputs into actionable insights, interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality solution delivery across digital and client-server applications. Experience with externalization of Cassandra, Kafka and Elasticsearch, as well as DevOps/CI-CD practices and knowledge of marketing automation and hyper-personalization trends, is considered advantageous.
